Small Group Women’s Training

$100/ Month (up to 28 classes)
walk in price: $10 / Class 

The small group women’s training class is for women only . The program is for women to loose weight and sculpt body. Workout in a small group of 3-5 individuals while still getting personal instruction and guidance from a fitness professional. You’ll receive all the benefits our or one-on-one personal training programs that include monthly progress measurements, diet tips and much more.

Partner Training

$50/Session ($25/person)

You’ll receive all the benefits our or one-on-one personal training programs that include monthly progress measurements, diet tips, and much more.

Private 1-On-1 Training


Personal Training is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals faster. Your Personal Trainer wil create an individualized fitness program that includes cardio, flexibility, core strengthening and resistance training to help you maximize your time and get results. Optional locations includes your gym, your home, or public parks etc.

I will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you’ll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you’ll get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!

Skype 1-on-1 Training


Skype 1 on 1 Personal Training is a program designed for people who like to workout in their home space. It saves you time from traveling to gym and back , it gives you privacy, and costs you less, but gets the same result !

What you need to prepare is a computer/laptopp/I-pad, a yoga mat , one or two pairs of dumbbells, and your mind and body! Book a time with trainer and turn on skype, lets start the workout!

No matter where you are in the world, you can easily train with your trainer!  Whether you are at home, travelling, at the park, or any where else! Wherever you get wifi, we can workout !!!
