How do I start my 12 week training program?

Step 2: You will receive my call and Email

Step 3: Fill in questionnaire and set up your goal

          Choose your goal
Goal 1: body fat reduction
Goal 2: gain lean muscle mass
  Goal 3: improve general performance

Step 4: you will receive the personalized 12 week training plan, videos, and diet plan

Step 5: get started !

How do I keep in contact with my trainer?

We can talk daily to see how you feel and answer your questions.  We can use any chatting apps like Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.

How many days must I train every week?

For any program, I need you to follow my program at least 3 times a week.
